Continental Pharma Care Group, LLC, (“CPCG”) was established in 2012 as a Limited Liability Corporation in the state of Delaware, United States of America. CPCG is fully licensed to operate as a company, and in particular as a pharmaceutical distributor and medical supplier, in the Republic of South Sudan.

CPCG is financially backed by its LLC Members. The company does not have any obligations to any other persons or organizations. Further, the company’s outlook envisions that no outside finances will be needed to sustain it and fuel its growth. All corporate decisions are made by its LLC Members. CPCG is sole owner of its subsidiary in the Republic of South Sudan.

CPCG and all of its LLC Members enjoy very good relations with the government of the Republic of South Sudan. Some of its LLC Members were born there. All LLC Members have contributed their time, expertise, and their resources in improving the welfare of the South Sudanese people.
